H. Wells Culmer (1883 - 1959) was active/lived in Utah.  H Culmer is known for Watercolor landscape, mountainscape views.

H. Wells Culmer (1883-1959), Utah artist, was the son of artist H.L.A. Culmer. The younger Culmer specialized in watercolors, and he has pieces in the collections of the Springville Art Museum (Lake Blanche and Sundial Peak) and the Utah Museum of Fine Arts (The Hall of the Patriarchs).

A landscapist, Culmer is listed in the books Painters of Utah’s Canyon and Deserts by Donna L. Poulton and Vern G. Swanson, and Artists of Utah by Robert S. Olin, William G. Seifrit and Vern G. Swanson.
